Level 1 (Card Values) is free forever — full drills, full feedback, no ads. Membership unlocks Levels 2–10, the table sim, the weakness engine, and all deck styles.
Accuracy gates speed. A tier passes when you land five clean runs in a row at that tier's pace (for example, Silver is a clean single-deck countdown in 25 seconds or better, five in a row). Every result screen shows the tape so you can audit the count card by card.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple: iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or in Count Coach under Settings > Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal.
Settings > Restore purchases (make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account).
Settings > Reset progress. This wipes drills, benchmarks, streaks, and deck unlocks on the device. It cannot be undone. Your membership is untouched.
