Terms of Service
Effective July 5, 2026
This Agreement (this “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of Persona Mosaic (the “App”) and the related website, offered by Dantes Creative Labs LLC (“DCL,” “we,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to accept this Agreement on your own behalf, or between 13 and that age with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.
License grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, DCL grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. If obtained through the Apple App Store, this license is further limited by, and subject to, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DCL.
License restrictions
You agree not to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; reverse engineer or decompile it except as mandatory law permits; rent, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit it; remove any proprietary notices; or use the App unlawfully or to develop a competing product.
Purchases
Persona Mosaic offers the free 120-statement assessment and five-trait summary at no cost. The full Dossier (30-facet breakdown, archetype narrative, and trait-interaction reads) is available as a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Persona Mosaic does not use auto-renewing subscriptions. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, not by DCL directly; DCL does not receive your full payment-card number. Purchases can be restored on a new device using the App's “Restore Purchase” function. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory refund right you may have.
What Persona Mosaic is (and isn't)
Persona Mosaic is provided for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only. It is a self-report personality inventory built on the public-domain IPIP-NEO item pool. Your results are a portrait, not a verdict — a reflection of how you described yourself on the day you took it. Persona Mosaic:
- is not a clinical, psychological, diagnostic, employment, or hiring assessment, and must not be used for any such purpose;
- is not a four-letter type system, and does not sort you into a fixed type or box;
- reports trait comparisons only against published research samples, never as a claim about where you rank among all people; and
- should not be relied upon for medical, psychological, legal, or professional decisions. If you have questions about your mental health, consult a licensed professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DCL disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any score, trait reading, or archetype produced by the App.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. DCL does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DCL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. DCL's total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or ten U.S. dollars (US$10.00).
Apple-specific terms
This Agreement is between you and DCL only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App; DCL is solely responsible. If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, and Apple will have no further warranty obligation. DCL, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or on any prohibited-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.

Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Before filing a claim, please try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing contact@dantescreativelabs.com.
Changes to these terms
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
